Adding Embedded Links!

A number of you have let me know that the videos posted are not functioning for you. So from now on (and in previous posts) I'm adding an embedded link into the descriptions which seems to be working for the people who've had issues. Hopefully either the posted video itself or the embedded link will work for everyone!
