Rather than add alternate versions to the main pics I might just add panels to suggest different activities being done to Marnie.

Could have one with bea in the background forcing a smile on her face from behind her while she's being toyed with down below with a dirty toy. Could also have Gloria and Bea stepping in her face. I like the sleeperhold bea has on her in the first pic. Could also put her in a choke hold in the second pic while she's tied up. That's just what I'm brainstorming anyway.
