Question for Patrons using the Freelance Entertainer mod prerelease

I was going over this mod after the last patch to get it ready for public release, and it seemed like it was taking a lot longer than an hour before one of the 'Perform Set' goals would mark as being done, even though they are set to only require playing an instrument or doing comedy for an hour (in the 'SituationGoalInteractionTime' tuning for it). Sometimes it would take 1.5 hours, other times as long as several hours.
It seemed like this started happening after the recent ForRent patch, since before the patch, it used to be easier to complete 3 sets or more during a gig. I'm trying to figure out if it is a game bug, or a mod bug that just surfaced.
Has anyone noticed this, or are the Perform Set goals clearing in an hour in your game?

After some more testing by myself, as well as a few others, I don't think there's a problem with the goal timer, as there first appeared to be.
