Checking out San Sequoia

So, I'm taking a look around the new pack, looking at the climate, the surroundings, architecture, etc. I'm trying to figure out where on the sims 'map' this would go? What regions is it near? It's theoretically 'San Francisco', which in my head canon (and the Archaeology Kit) would place it north of Del Sol Valley.
What sort of Archaeology Kit artifacts should be found in San Sequoia? Del Sol Valley (and the adjacent Disney Batuu™ Theme Park) has Ancient artifacts. Since it's fairly urban, I could see Modern here as well (like San Myshuno and Evergreen Harbor). Feels like a choice between Ancient, Modern or maybe Pirate, since it's on the coast.
I'm going to play a bit, dig through the tuning, and see if any lore pops out to help me figure this out. Going to look for new plants, too, lol.
What do you all think? Where is San Sequoia on the Sims map?

2023-03-17 05:39:10 +0000 UTCI'm with you on the location. Aren't fossils big in Cali with the tar pits? Or is that just TV Cali? I have only been to California (Oakland area) once for a month of military training with one day of sightseeing time that I spent in San Francisco, most of that at the Wharf. Although more modern would be possible with Native American and earthquake destruction.
