The Time Has Come!
Added 2017-06-09 06:43:04 +0000 UTCAnd hopefully so will you!
Production is going to pick up now that I'm on my summer break. I got a few things planned and started! It's just a matter of finishing them. Attached is a preview of what's to come. Let me break it down for you: There are 3 animations in the works:
1) Sheep and Wolf: A brave little sheep takes on a big bad wolf. The preview pretty much speaks for itself. This is going to be a simple loop, and I will try and have it done in color. Simple but effective!
2) The Big Gulp: Kangaroo rats are pretty small, but that doesn't mean they're quitters. Kari (an old character of mine) takes on quite a challenge. As I have it planned now, the animation ends shortly after she takes the plunge, but if I have time, maybe I'll throw a loop at the end.
3) The Dragon's Treasure: This one... Hoo boy. The premise is that a bird warrior (that design looks familiar) takes on a dragon in hopes of getting his hands on some treasure. Things take a turn when the dragon insists she is the only treasure he will need. This will be a longer animation, like the T-rex one, and will be sketched out or inked at best. However, the initial battle scene will be done in a sort of slideshow or storyboard format. After that it's a full fledged animation that leads into our hero sneaking in through the backdoor to claim his treasure. Yup... In the butt.
So yeah! A little something for everyone I hope. The theme seems to be size difference in either direction. I'm fine with that...
Look forward to more updates as the summer progresses!

Let me figure out what my pacing looks like. Though usually I do throw in some work aside from these big projects so I don't feel like I'm getting nowhere.
