Six Rhythm Studies In 7/8 Time (Guitar Tabs, Chords, MP3)

Hey everybody, I'm working on a new video that demonstrates some simple, and not so simple, foundational rhythmic ideas in 7/8 time. The goal of the lesson isn't to show examples of flashy guitar playing in 7/8, but rather give you guys a handle on the basic divisions of the meter and some simple variations. I really recommend practicing these rhythms to a metronome. Also check out the MP3 track as that will give you guys the aural experience of what these rhythms sound like.
Moreover, I've put some harmony to the rhythms, but you can change the chords to whatever shapes you like. Some of these chords are a bit tricky to play, but I wanted to write something that was melodic for the purposes of writing a song that I can post on YouTube. HOT TIP: Whenever you see a rhythm, you can use that as a template for writing an idea. Meaning you can steal a rhythm and change the notes to create something that sounds completely different. Do that with my piece if the chord changes are too hard!
