Regarding the train scene at the start of the movie: I'm fairly confident that the interior of the train is entirely fake. I think they got an old coach bus seat and just put it next to a green screen with a curtain rod over the top of it. As for the brief exterior shot as the scene transitions, we're looking at the bottom (so about 3 feet below window height for a passing train) of an Amtrak Viewliner II baggage car, which could be on the rear of any Amtrak train with checked baggage. Since the movie was shot in Florida, it's probably one of Amtrak's silver service trains.
