Personally knowing Ekko's from the game, he's always had time traveling power's from my perspective. Instead I found Mel to be more of a deus ex machina so to speak. She really seemed like she just discovered her powers in episode 8 and all of a sudden she was using them during wartime in such a way she could ricochet a bullet into Maddie's head from the other side of a door. I can understand you guys feeling that way about Ekko, though he will always be to me the boy who shattered time.

2025-03-08 09:07:58 +0000 UTCAnd in-case you didn't see my reply to the one Q&A, Fun little tid bit behind the scenes, the lead show runner for Arcane confirmed (again, an issue with "show, not tell." and in this case, didn't even show us the conversation, so you wouldn't know if you didn't watch interviews.) Ekko told Jinx about the alternate universe in their conversation. Because of this, Jinx told Ekko that if she got the chance, she was going to leave without telling Vi because she knew Vi would never give up on her. His note is actually for Heimdeinger (even though in league lore, Yordles cannot technically die lol. Yordles are literal "immortal spirits" meaning that they just respawn in their homeland called "Bandle City.") Again one flaw of the show since most general audiences wouldn't know this as part of league lore/rules.

2025-03-08 04:16:08 +0000 UTCIt's heavily implied Jinx lived and decided to "Break the Cycle" by leaving since Vi would never give up on her. 1)If you slow down time, you can see a purple shimmer pattern before the bomb explodes 2)They show Caitlyn smirk as she is inspecting the ventilation schematics and that one lead out of the tower as you saw 3)They show a blimp flying away, just like in the opening when Powder says "I'm going to ride in one of those one day" and her signature scratches on the camera before the camera cuts away. She will hopefully and most likely make an appearance in a different series later down the line. People are guessing she is heading to Bilgewater which is basically a location full of scoundrels and other characters across league have gone to make a new life, in a sort of away.

2025-03-08 02:29:04 +0000 UTCI cannot argue with "They were gay!" as a response to my question about ethical transhumanism XD On a side note: There is a lot to discuss about the commune and what might have been good or bad about it. I'm not going to argue it was purely good, but that the intention Viktor had was an altruistic one that got slowly perverted. There is an undertone of ableism to the commune for instance, Viktor's and Huck's eyesight is perfect so they no longer need glasses, Viktor uses a cane but doesn't need it anymore, the child Jayce almost kills is seen happy in the alt universe in a wheelchair cheering on Heimerdinger etc. A lot of people argue this indicates a level of eugenics or at least eugenic leaning ethics in the commune. Difference is eliminated. I don't think it's that simple. From an ethical transhumanist perspective there is nothing wrong with a person correcting their vision and no longer needing glasses so long as they are not under duress and the society does not stigmatize those who do not correct their vision as an example.

Those ravens are his vision and he’s from Noxus. So people assume that’s where the show will be going next :)

2025-03-08 02:13:55 +0000 UTCThere are many clues that Jinx is alive that a pink/purple streak was Jinx escaping from the explosion and she did that so her sister Vi can live free from her troubles. Also, when Jinx was a kid in s1 episode 1, she said that she wanted to ride one of those flying boats which is shown at the end of the show hinting that it was her! There are also many other hints like her telling Vi “cause no matter what I do, I just can’t seem to die”
