Actually Eren is not wrong during libero entire world leaders teamd up to exterminate his people king of the walls made it clear if you attack walls that he will rumble the world. It's the oppresed became oppressors they made eldians slaves and even after 80 years of peace they still invaded the paradise for natural resources and killed so many people. Don't get upset when a sleeping Lion attacks you when you never stopped poking it.

The way I see it (being intentionally absurdly reductive here) there are two types of people in the world. Tribalists and anti-tribalists. Eren's choice is a perfect good under a tribalist model. He is responsible for his people and only his people. Under an anti-tribalist model his actions are the highest evil, he is responsible to all of humanity and he has betrayed the vast majority of them for selfish reasons.

2024-10-12 01:13:40 +0000 UTCI'm gonna put this out there and say that Eren just connected with Ymir as a person and Ymir is the one with control, so I'm not entirely convinced this is all Eren's doing. I think for this to happen, it would have to be Ymir's will. I also don't think Eren is the kind of fella who would blame his actions on a dead woman, so I think he's acting on Ymir's behalf. It's like Armin said to Annie, he's just being a good person 'for' someone; I think after 2,000 years of enslavement, Ymir probably needs to vent. So we are left with a great take on a philosophical moral question, and a sci-fi trope. Could you enslave one child if it meant thousands of people can live?

They haven't been released on Bluray yet. They are being released, up for pre-sale on Amazon right now, for Bluray on November 26, 2024. So if you are indeed using BluRay just realize that what is released right now for Season 4 isn't the complete episode series. All that being said, Crunchyroll has the last 2 final episodes. I don't know if using Cruncyroll would present a problem or not recording wise.
