It's kinda a big misconception people have about Amazon "throwing money" at The Expanse. Amazon is only the distributor for The Expanse. Alcon Entertainment owns and has financed all 5 seasons. They haven't had a big enough budget increase to even speak about. But what we do have is the same cast, crew, SFX crew, production team and writers for all 5 seasons, and they have just kept getting better and better at what they do and honing their skills. The thing that's been the biggest improvement is them having Amazons badass server farm to render on.

This was an awesome opener for the new season and in true Expanse fashion, it gets better and better!! Guessing you are doing 2 a week until you are caught up? E6 will drop for East coast US on 7pmTuesday Jan 5. Either way looking forward to it!

The basic idea is to buy one of these cups in a color of your choice and then buy a decal/sticker with the appropriate logo (pretty readily available these days, just do a google search) and slap the decal on the mug and you're good to go. Problem is, if you check all of those links (and every other one you find), these seem to be out of stock everywhere. And there is no mention of this design on the EMSA website, which leads me to believe they have been discontinued. A few years back, my good friend Hanne, whom I met through The Expanse fandom and whose watch parties here in New York I went to back in Seasons 2-3, made a bunch of these up and was selling them to people (basically for cost) via Reddit and Twitter. I don't think she can get the mugs anymore either, but you can certainly give her a try. She uses the twitter handle @ItReachesOut or is /u/it-reaches-out on reddit. She's also a mod of The Expanse subreddit, was one of the ringleaders of the Save The Expanse movement that got the show picked up by Amazon, and runs Lang Belta (Belter Creole) classes at cons around the world. She is also just a sweetheart and all out awesome person. I don't know if she can help you, but if anyone knows where to get these things these days, it would be her. Good luck!
