Live streams?
Added 2019-08-04 16:41:46 +0000 UTCI never really concidered live streaming to Patreon as it’s hard for everyone to be there at a specific time, however it would be easier for people to interact with me. I think Patreon have some kind of streaming capability, so I wonder:
Would live streams be interesting to you, or would you prefer edited videos? Of course I would keep producing videos anyway.

I usually watch movies for relax in the evening (you have a very radio voice. You sleep well;) ) .. from 11am to 2am. live broadcasting makes no sense. but this is a subjective opinion.
2019-08-21 21:46:38 +0000 UTCI'd much prefer to see your edited videos than live strams. Streams often become a bit tedious and long winded, edited content is often straight to the point with all the fat trimmed off, so to speak :)

2019-08-08 21:11:15 +0000 UTCEven if it is night time , I will stay up and watch it <3
2019-08-07 18:42:13 +0000 UTCWould love to see that, used to follow your ones on Twitch every now and then and would always learn loads from them!
2019-08-07 08:56:37 +0000 UTCI would love to see you start livestreaming while you work. As Nejc mentioned it is always helpful to see how other approach troubleshooting and problem solving. What Grant Warwick did, for example, is quite enjoyable and of use. He used Twitch however.
2019-08-06 20:19:57 +0000 UTCThank you, you're right in everything and I dearly appreciate your feedback! As I understand it, CrowdCast allows people to upvote questions and those on top will be the most upvoted ones. Questions are also separated from general comments, so it would be easy for me to only take care of the questions that most people are interested in. And the edited videos are still intended to be done just as before, I was just thinking about this as a way to add more diversity to this channel and some more value in direct-interaction.
2019-08-06 09:33:15 +0000 UTCI'll make a video of that scene. Thank you for the request and feedback :-)
2019-08-06 09:29:53 +0000 UTCThank you for your feedback, very valuable :-) I wouldn't replace recording edited videos, I just see this as a way to make it easier for me to add more content.
2019-08-06 09:29:19 +0000 UTCThank you guys for the feedback and comments. Patreon only supports Crowdcast for streaming but it seems really intuitive, Pretty expensive, but that's the least I can do for you!
2019-08-06 08:51:19 +0000 UTCI think the timezones are a problem but even if I couldn't attend a livestream myself I still appreciate it. Two main reasons for that: - You can really see how somebody troubleshoots / designs scenes on the go and when the pressure is on - People tend to ask great questions which are still useful when the livestream is over with :) Hope that helps!
2019-08-05 15:26:28 +0000 UTClive stream sounds good. Still remember your stream with Daniel. It was really good:)
2019-08-05 08:13:06 +0000 UTCWhile the idea os live stream sounds good for interactive Q/A I see it quite difficult because of the time zones. Last live stream I was awake until quite late (it was almost impossible to follow) I prefer a video edited and well explained, as usual. By the way I'm looking forward for an exterior tutorial for architecture (What about a small house in the forest in the evening?) And now that I'm asking, What about challenges that people can propose directly to you?
2019-08-05 07:01:19 +0000 UTCThere are many problems with the live broadcast. the first. People will repeatedly ask some very basic questions, and will interrupt the operation. This brings up the second point, which is the time influence. For example, someone asks you during the live broadcast, then the time you answer the question will take too long. Every time there is a lot of people leaving and there are a lot of people joining, so there will be many old problems raised by newcomers. Third, we prefer to use quality instead of efficiency, so the quality of the video is the first, not the amount of creation that Akem said needs to be increased. The quality is always the first, and I hope akem understands because everyone I need work and life, I hope that the video can maintain good quality.
2019-08-05 06:54:31 +0000 UTCI prefer quality videos for example the scene "Concrete Texture Scan" and space so we can write questions about it with your answers. Thank you! PS .: I wrote 3 weeks ago "Hello JL, we will have video of" Concrete Texture Scan ", very beautiful the lighting, I would like to know more about the setup of this beautiful lighting, which HDRI model used, if used other type angle of both ..setting of wood shaders and FS quality parameters ... "So a space where we can watch your professional work and write it would be great! Thank you!
2019-08-04 17:51:42 +0000 UTCfor me personally, I prefer content similar to what Grant Warwick is doing, highly edited, full of packed information in short time. But this requires a lot of time, so in the end, it depends on your free time anyway, I am not saying you should do it that way, it's just my preference. Livestream works just fine for me, at least we can ask you in real time.

2019-08-04 17:36:50 +0000 UTCWouldn't mind that at all :)
2019-08-04 17:33:13 +0000 UTCSounds good! How about live streaming the "review" project?
2019-08-04 17:32:49 +0000 UTCyeah with recording i would appreciate livestreams
