I think the last game I pre-ordered was Star Wars: The Old Republic. The only reason I even pre-ordered it was because I wanted the statue that came with it and I thought the statue itself was worth the price I was paying. I still have it out on display despite not playing the game since launch. The only exception to my no pre-orders rule was the recent re-release of Final Fantasy X on Xbox One. I played the hell out of that when it came out and remains my all time favorite game. I caught on a long time ago the stuff you discuss in your video and I'm super grateful for it. I wish more people would start realizing the trap they're falling into.
