I've been playing Ocarina of Time (1998) for the first time and am struck by how PATIENT people had to be for video games. Love those nintendo 64 graphics though. It's also way kookier than I expected!
What are some of your favourite 20+ year old games?
The early Ecco the Dolphin series on Sega Genesis and Game Gear still stand out as some of my very favorites ever.

We were big fans of Tombi (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tomba!) and, of course, Fallout (both late 90s) . But then I also really enjoyed Wizardry (1981) which I used to play on the college's Apple I at night when I was a boarder.

I just realised Morrowind is 20 years old next month! Insane. One of my favourite games of all time.

Gotta go with Panzer Dragoon Saga for the Saturn. 4 discs! It introduced me to what an RPG could be. (I missed out on Chrono Trigger, etc)

Earthbound is an all-time favorite for me! I think it really showed how games could stretch a little outside the typical adventure story.

Secret of Mana and Chrono Trigger are up there for me as well! (As well as the FF's on the SNES). My siblings and I recently replayed Secret of Mana together on the Nintendo Switch to relive that 90's nostalgia.

This is great, I’ll have to show this to my husband. Final Fantasy Tactics is infinitely interesting.

Oh, dear god.
I was in my early 20's when Atrari Pong made the scene!
I'll just molder away quietly, now.

don’t know if it’s old enough but I used to be OBSESSED with Mario sunshine on the Nintendo cube, and there was a wario game for the gameboy that I can’t remember it’s name, but I remember playing that for hours and hours
