I completely agree with your intuition with the first story Morgan. He talks about how angry just a simple boundary was and then said different pretty words that don’t pertain to how he feels. I believe when she starts putting up more boundaries with her children and the amount of time she can even go out with him she’ll unfortunately see that anger he released 15 years ago. This guy is giving such sketch vibes i totally see what you mean

2024-10-01 23:00:54 +0000 UTCFor the first story it seems like he has but hasn't changed and the part where he got frustrated at her about proving himself I've dealt with people like that before they want everything they want on their time and don't want to put in much effort to make you trust them again the fact that he has to put in effort made him frustrated is a main red flag for me

2024-09-30 21:25:50 +0000 UTCFirst story: this man is in love with a fantasy and he will likely become abusive when she doesn't live up to it, similarly to how he threw a temper tantrum and was calling her name and such when he tried to manipulate her into changing her mind about having kids. He is pathologically immature, he doesn't respect her, he only idolizes her because he couldn't dominate her. She is a challenge and he almost had her and he's obsessed with claiming her, with owning her.

At the hospital, I delivered they had alarm bracelets around the babies ankles, and it would set off an alarm andlock down the hospital if they left the OB floor.

There was NO mention of her kids, "the clock is ticking" is about having a kid, not about getting together and being a father to her children... He seems like he wouldn't think of her kids as making them a family, not before they have "real" kids together.... Really bad vibes from this guy...

I heard her story when I was pregnant and demanded my fiancé do not let our daughter out of his sight (he in turn requested that they do not take her away unless absolutely necessary - citing my anxiety about being away from her, and the hospital staff were wonderful and got her a cot right next to me so I could see her, and then took the time to explain every step of what they were doing witb her). I’m so grateful for understanding staff - even though I rationally know these kidnappings are not commonplace of course!

I almost think it’s a fake story because of how utterly insane the whole thing is. She sounds like an amazing person and a great mom, but I think she’s too trusting to even have let op back in her life. He seems obsessed with her and I don’t think he gives a damn about her daughters. He was very violent and cruel with her when they broke up. I agree with Morgan, I can’t pinpoint the exact reason why I feel uncomfortable, but I definitely get a red flag feeling from him

I hated the comment “she’s still beautiful at 34 and she finally lost the baby fat in her face.” That’s such a disgusting comment to make. The way he says “finally” makes it sound like he’s been watching her socials waiting for her to slim down. Also almost all of the comments he made about how amazing she was were related to her appearance. Everything about his posts just made my skin crawl. I hope she doesn’t go back to him out of grief. I can’t help but feel he was excited to hear her husband died. Like he knew he has a better chance of manipulating her into getting back with him since she’s emotionally vulnerable and grieving. Idk man. Just bad vibes all around.

Every question he asked her was self serving. The only reason he wants to get back together with her is because she is the only viable option from his pool of exes (since he did not date much after they broke up, he said.) It’s not sitting well because he hasn’t given us any reason to root for this relationship at all, everything is “me, me, me, I want, I need, I can’t stop thinking about her.” He doesn’t say what he could bring to her life, or how he wants to be as a partner, only how her love benefits him and his family. Hate the man, hope she runs, I’m with you Morgan.
