2023-12-08 17:51:45 +0000 UTCI met Jonathan Adler and absolutely lost my mind. I don’t know what came over me. I’m an interior designer and love him and everything he does. I have all his books and a bunch of his products. We were in New York City and happened into a department store, and he was there promoting a new line. It was completely unexpected, and caught me off guard… There was my idol! I went up and introduced myself and told him how much I loved him. He was so gracious and so nice and kept his hands in his pockets. I don’t know what came over me, but I literally took my hand, put it in his pocket, pulled out his hand, and shook it. He looked at me like I was absolutely crazy and I Agreed! I literally don’t know what came over me. I’ve never acted that way before or after, but you just absolutely lose your mind when you meet your hero! I stuck my hand in the man’s pants pocket and pulled his hand out! 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
