Story post - two-view trade

Me and the client brainstormed an outline we both liked, and for our trade we're each writing our own take on a story taken from that outline, and each from our own respective character's point of view. I did Lukas, and she'll be doing Kay - so it's different versions, of the same story, from different authors! I just finished my part tonight.
