Single Release: Bubble - Uta's Song & Shikisai
Added 2023-08-04 03:14:55 +0000 UTCNew single! While many may consider "Bubble" not much more than an average movie, I'd argue strongly that the soundtrack is anything but. Hiroyuki Sawano rarely disappoints, and in this score he outdid himself yet again in my opinion. The incredibly beautiful melodies and motifs are spread throughout the soundtrack, creating one of his best in my opinion.
I created a piano medley based on the soundtrack last year (Included "UTAtoHIBIKI", "MERMAID" and a little bit of "HIBIKI"), and that is now finally being properly released on streaming services. Sheet music PDF is of course included in the zip. Along with that, I've collaborated once again with Mewsic, to create our cover of "Shikisai", an ending medley that features the same main melodies. As always her translations are on point, and I'm quite happy with how it turned out. Artwork by the wonderful JoyDreamer! Hope you like it :) Working on finishing up the grand Suzume album next.
