Who's link are working/not working?

It tells me I have to request access and I'm not sure how to do that

2023-10-03 15:49:41 +0000 UTCI can't click on a video with getting the "Unable to play video at this time" crap and now downloading a video isn't an option because apparently "Too many people have viewed or downloaded this file recently" for every video and yet this morning they were free to download. I'm guessing this is what I get for not becoming a patron sooner than I did (I became one today in case you're wondering), I'll check and see if anything changes, although I doubt it.
