yeah the fact in LN we don't know who Fitz is, it's incredible, sad it's not really possible in the anime since we see her a lot and we know her appearance before the white hair and the VA has to be the same so it would have been useless to hide it. btw the figurine rudy bring to zanoba is a little joke from the light novel if you pay attention it look like rudeus but as a girl it's girldeus, a joke/easter eggs we have when rudeus have iner dialogue about other men and for other reason. last little precision Rudeus used the Beast god language since Beast people / Dwarf / elfs etc speak it since these races lives in the same continent around the Great Forest. Btw did you watched the OVA of S1 about Eris and Cliff as i metionned the episode last week ? since it's still a good episode to watch if you have time, it help to understand Cliff how he think, view things, come from and help for a lot of future understanding of things in the world and for some characters , not mandatory but still a good episode to watch to help with more knowledge
