You shouldn't have to worry about letting anyone down, you should watch it in whatever you want and if you're curious about the other version there's nothing wrong with that either.

2021-06-02 16:57:07 +0000 UTCAs for the episode, that statue's called Gedo Mazo. Not like that answers WHAT it is lol, so it's not spoiling anything. Especially because, if I remember right, in the manga he says "Kuchiyose: Gedo Mazo" which translates to "Summoning: Gedo Mazo". But as a heads up, the guy who summoned the statue is supposed to have completely purple ringed eyes instead of different color rings. That was an animation mistake that's fixed later. Just so you're not confused later and think it's a new character lol.
