And to everyone who loved the Fourth Wing series.....I know it has a different saga name, I am happy for you. Whatever brings you joy, that its great. We approach books just differently but my opinion its just one of a bitch on the internet, who loves (next to other genres) fantasy but this whole romantasy thing kinda put so much focus on the relationship and neglects other important aspect and the male love interests are more or less the same character, ambiguous skin color, tattoos, shadow Daddys. And first of all i prefer gay stuff but i can enjoy a straight relationship here and there just mix it up. How about a physically weak but great magic potential guy that isnt 7 feet tall. Or a chubby guy , give me a Guillerrmo from WWDITS. He is chubby, cute and for heritage reasons an excellent. Make them older, both parties. Not everyone who wants to read a romance is 14-18, bitches like us get older. And i dont mean the fantasy, romantasy has to cater specifically to my taste but once in a while, could they do half the promotion for gay or just different heroes and heroine types.
