September 2024 Early Access - Life Titan Aphyllon ! (4Dir,PSD and Static)!

Tonight the September 2024 Early Access folderr has been updated with Life Titan Aphyllon, Aphylia's robot companion as suggested and requested by Kayviel!
He has been designed to bled with all the other new Elemental titans!

With this update all the September 2024 Early Acces battlers are completed! This month as usual we will produce the October 2024 battlers while the polls for the Novemember picks run!
Tomorrow the Full release for Librarium Statics - Norse Gods , the last piece of content belonging to the previous month will be completed and I will be posting Novemember asset list!

Hello Empyrean and Jeffrey! I was actualy thinking of this matter just 2 or 3 days ago, 2 months I made the gamble of creating and including the 4dirs of the latest designs along them for early access, fast forward those two months, the reception to those sprites was great I think, though also in those 2 months a ton of personal matters got in the way of productivity beyond the inteded monthly scope, with those personal matters now more relaxed and out of the way, for this month I was juggling with the idea of either also starting to create the 4dirs for the 2023 battlers to leave them at current early access stage or to include the animated releases for the newest designs as they win to fully halt battlers from adding up to the queue, this would leave them available at the state of Librarium Animated releases back in the day, while eventually catching up with the good stuff in the full format (Portraits, icons, etc) , polls I dont really want to stop as they are a pillar to everything, hence why I was thinking of either of these two options so that the older content waiting in EA finally sees traction, I also want to factor in less concerns int he personal matters front this month to grind through content

2024-11-03 21:50:08 +0000 UTCI 100% agree with you Actually, my first intent behind my comment was to actually give more attention to the 4-dir map sprite Because currently, there is so many sprites that are already available as battlers, but not as a 4-dir map sprite And we are looking at a ratio of almost 80/20 by looking at the drive folder But yea, the idea of removing the poll for 1 month ( or even 2) to solely focus on just getting 4-dir map sprite for a good chunk of the battler would go a long way towards cleaning up that backlog a bit ( like I said earlier. We are looking to an almost 2 year delay for some sprites)

2024-11-03 21:07:44 +0000 UTCI really like your first suggestion, but the second is one gonna make stuff more confusing as the new selected monsters would come from all over the place, a mix of old and new. That I think would make the release schedule flow very confusing. What I think that could be done to catch up quickly is to stop the polling for a month to allow for the creation of the 4-dir sprites of the already made designs releasing them as before without icon sets. But later let the community request the icon sets for their preferred released design later in the polls. Basically your first suggestion, but more focus on catching up with 4 dir-sprites. Also, animated designs should get their portraits and animations not much sense to do the 4-directions and having to come back to do the animation later.

2024-11-03 20:20:55 +0000 UTCHello I have a suggestion about a few sprites The way the folder is currently set, is that, there is close to 100 sprites that are in " early access " stage but only have their front/back sprite, without their 4-dir map sprite What I would like to suggest is, 2 options : The first one being that some of the " full release " battler gets replaced by having a map sprite ( or a full release ) for the oldest sprites yet, that still doesn't have its 4-dir map sprite or full release For example, if we check the spreadsheet made by Christoffer, we can see that there is sprites dating from February 2023 that are still not done yet We are dangerously close to February 2025 So if we see what was the plan for the month of October looked like : FR - Animated Baron Ozma, The Meteor Slayer by KrimsonKatt FR - Statics Wiley Catfolk by Sarah R FR - Animated Shuten Doji by Steve Fox FR - Statics Norse Gods by KrimsonKatt EA - Essential Creatures by Christoffer EA - Leviathan by Skymin EA- Calamity Novus & Calamity Innova by Blackbone EA - Cute FAmiliars Wildcard Pick by Christoffer EA - Ella, Sovereign Of Darkness by Christoffer EA - Titan Of Life Aphylia's Robot Companion by Kayviel EA - Goblin Creature by DEwards EA - Valkyrie Riders by Metachaser With that suggestions, it should look like this : FR - Animated Dragon Slayer Moonixis FR - Crystal and Snow Monsters FR - Animated Trello Prophet of Doom FR - Corrupted Creatures I EA - Leviathan by Skymin EA- Calamity Novus & Calamity Innova by Blackbone EA - Essential Creatures by Christoffer EA - Cute FAmiliars Wildcard Pick by Christoffer EA - Ella, Sovereign Of Darkness by Christoffer EA - Titan Of Life Aphylia's Robot Companion by Kayviel EA - Goblin Creature by DEwards EA - Valkyrie Riders by Metachaser In this example, we replaced all the full release with the first cycle update of February 2023 And still kept the early accesses of the new voted monsters from the most recent polls By doing so, we are getting a pretty good chunk of a " somehow full release " ( map sprite + front Sprite ) of the newest voted monsters But we are also 1. cleaning the back log that's been piling up from almost 2 years ago. 2. Getting the full release of the oldest voted monsters that are clearly starting to get forgotten ( Does somebody even remember Osventios ? ) The second option I wanted to suggest is to just do a poll, with whatever monsters people want to have a full release from, even if it's a mix of the oldest one and the new ones At least, we can have some kind of "order" in place, because right now, it feels like the sprites are coming from all over the places, which, some might never see the light of the day. I made this comment because, I looked at all the titans we have now ( 5 map+battler sprite, 3 only battler ), and I have a strong feeling that these last 3 will probably have their map sprite or full release not before mid 2025 Again, this is just a suggestion, I Don't know if everybody feels the same But thanks for your work as Always !
