Librarium July 2022 Static Design Download Megathread!

Hello Everyone!

As planned I will be working on and completing the July 2022 poll winning picks, projecting to wrap up on the 28th!

During this period I will be updating this thread periodically with the available completed designs, exported and ready to be imported to your projects, and at the start of August I will be making the full releases with the respective rewards such as 4-way map sprites, the animated release, etc as we have been working through July! That seemed to work well for our community!

Hello again everyone!

Today we finally wrap up the July 2022 Static Designs work, a monumental effort to deliver the best quality possible!

we wrap up this month with Conqueror Dragon Drakus, the last monster of the July 2022 Second update cycle!

A hydra mega dragon with multiple heads one of each of these elements, fire, water, ice, nature, light, shadow, and thunder. he is a massive dragon that strikes fear into any that would dare go against him. He hold no weapons, he uses his clawz, tail for his physical attacks, and his ultimate attacks is all his heads unleashing their element upon the victim! -BlueDragon

As one could expect, Drakus was a technical challenge, but I spent a lot of time to get hit to be a solid fit in our new Librarium standards of quality, do look forward to his probably just as complex and intimidating 4-direction map sprite in coming days!

and with this release we wrap up all the July 2022 designs our community voted for! Thanks for your support and the suggestions themselves!

With this update to this batch we also wrap up the Jult 2022 work, tonight I will be posting the first part of the updated Librarium Tileset I've been working on, which can be previewd here!

the sample project, as it is also a new delivery format and given the monumental effort Drakus represented, might be pushed to tomorrow, but we will see, perhaps not, just consider it a possibility!

I will also be making the charged psots tonight for our July two update cycles, stay tuned!

July 30th!

Hello again everyone!

Today I am updating earlier than usual because I just completed Ogre/Orc Barbarian Ourath and the next monster to be completed which also incidentally wraps up the July 2022 Librarium battlers is gonna take another good bunch of hours, so might as well make Outrath available now!

an oversized ogre for an ogre, green, with two claw attachments on his hands. The claws are very very long big and spread wide and are a distinct feature for the male ogre. - James Marion

I definitely look forward to animating this one as well in coming days!

July 29th!

Hello everyone! It is the 29th and time for another update! this time for the Naga Warriors!

Naga warrior, could use some Naga creatures 1. wielding a sword, 1 wielding a bow, and the 3rd a staff. Each Naga should represent a different species of snake, 1 a King Cobra, 2nd a Boa, and 3rd be a Coral snake, all Naga should be fairly larger then humans. - Blue Dragon

For these Nagas I wanted a regal knightly feel to them, while covering the weapon variants! A major object of focus were the snake heads as well !Once their 4-dir map sprites roll in these should prove as good additions to your projects!

With the completion of the Naga warriors we are just 2 monsters away from completing the July 2022 designs, both of them quite challenging and I really need to wrap them up by tomorrow, It's quite possible with the proper amont of effort !

July 28th

Hello everyone!

Today I have updated the July 2022 designs with the 3 entries belonging to the Ancestral demons suggestion!

Demons older than time itself, exceedingly powerful creatures, who brought much chaos and destruction to the world. They were sealed by ancient immortals in portals that lead to another dimension. #1 - Fire Demon: The leader of the other demons and the strongest of them, a bipedal dragon, with green skin and glowing red eyes. He is able to manipulate fire and possesses super speed, as well as being able to turn invisible. #2 - Moon Demon: With the appearance of an alien, he has four arms and has glowing red eyes. He is able to manipulate the gravity around him, the oldest among the demons and the wisest. #3 - Sky Demon: He is shaped like a blue bat, with huge wings, he has the ability to change his appearance to disguise himself. -R. For these suggestions all of them provided a technical challenge one way or another, but I think we ended up with some really nice looking versatile battlers!

Unfortunately at this level of quality I was only able to create 3 out of th 8 projected battlers due for today, so tomorrow I'll shoot to wrap up the remaining 5 July 2022 designs! I think there's enough time left in July to wrap them up with the new quality standards, and also to complete the work I've been doing on the tileset update and the sample project to be posted on the 31st!

Time to continue with our July 2022 battlers!

July 27th

Hello everyone!

today I updated with yet another 4 of the July 2022 battlers, this time around completing the July 2022 First Update Cycle battler designs!

Greek Giants and Lord Of The Underworld!

The Giants from Greek mythology that was finally slain by Heracles. Basically Giants that came before Typhon could go in with his group. -James Marion

Lord of the underworld An evil creature that captures the souls of its enemies defeated in battle to increase their powers. Reference/Inspiration: Shadow Fiend - Dota 2 -Rodolfo Silva

For the Greek Giants I had to do some research and learned Greek Giants were generally depicted with Snake legs, and even hoplite armor! For the other two I thought it would add versatility of use to make them more monsttrous like, but with elemental thematic thrown in!

For the Lord of the underworld I decided to take the ref the suggestion wanted, but make it our own!

Time to continue with our July 2022 battlers!

July 26th

Today we kick off with the Bone Knights And Legendary Knight Arriette designs, suggested by James Marion and Skymin respectively!

One of the Legendary Knights remaining, Arriete refuses to be forgotten and decides to take up arms once more in her trademark black and red armor; equipped with her trusty machine gun to wreck havoc on her enemies! Appearance: I'd keep her physical appearance just like the original battler design. If I were to change anything, maybe add a crystal strap around the gun similar to bullet wraps military soldiers have across their chest in movies to showcase she always carries a large amount of ammo. Attack pattern: Attack A: She shoots a crystal-like bullet out of her gun like in the original battler design. Attack B: Uses the gun to shoot a condensed dark beam. (Think Frieza's purple "Death Beam" attack.) Attack C: Uses the gun like a flamethrower to incinerate her enemies. -Skymin

For the Bone Knights I spent some time thinking on how to approach it, ultimately deciding to make the bone armors literally skeleton themed, with the helmet being an actual skull! These are not undead, they are humans wearing bone armors!

They also feature different body types, buidls and heights for the sake of variety and versatility!

For Legendary Knight Arriette, as usual with all Legendary knight suggestions a full remake was in order, I decided to prepare for the animated version in advance thus the weapon is actually drawn on a separate layer, but that will only be appreciated in the animated version in a few days from now!
