Laser Scan Effect Tutorial

We also take a look at how you can generate your own projection textures procedurally using SOPs and then have them load on the fly with Redshift.
We also cover how to convert an .mp4 video file to an image sequence which can also be used as a scanning light projection map. In this case I downloaded a video from this user (https://vimeo.com/alunablue/videos) but any .mp4 will do.
Lastly the final scene lighting setup is provided along with some bonus volumevop nodes which can produce unique laser projection maps and patterns for you to try out and expand on.
