2023-12-08 22:22:24 +0000 UTCMade this for this week's meal prep. Fantastic! I added a couple minced serrano peppers to kick it up the spice a bit. My Walmart was out of fajita spice packets, so I used Kinder's Citrus-Faijita spice mix, highly recommend!
