Tickle The Orc King!

A village of wizards does "Orctober Fest" every year, a festival created after a magic war ended with the wizards dominating the orcs, where a random orc is chosen by the wizards to be the "guest of honour"... which consists on them being trapped with their big sensitive soles exposed and getting tickled crazy by the villagers.
This year is the 100th anniversary of the end of the war and the wizards asked for a special guest for their festival: the King Of Orcs. The monarch panicked at first but reluctantly complied. Now the chubby king will be spending the whole month with his meaty wide green soles tormented for peace!
