🧾 How The Mod Haus Custom Process Works

I like to keep everything personal, transparent, and organized. So every custom order runs through a simple 3-step process built for YOU. 💛

1️⃣ After You Place Your Order:
You’ll receive both a Patreon chat message and an email from me within 24 hours.
Inside that message will be your official Google Form link — this is where you’ll tell me everything I need to know about your custom mod: name, description, ideas, tone, interactions, etc.

2️⃣ Once You Submit the Form:
That’s when I get to work.
Your order enters the build queue and I start developing your custom trait or interaction pack based on the details you shared. Every file is created from scratch and tested, polished, and branded the JayESims x Jaye Hinson way.

3️⃣ Delivery Time!
When your mod is complete, you’ll get a Patreon chat notification letting you know your order has been sent.
That message will include:
Your order number
The download file (sent directly to your email)
Preview photos of what’s inside your mod

From there, you can drop it right into your Mods folder and start playing immediately!
