📄 New Trait System:
To apply, your Sim must first download their CPR & First Aid Certificate using their phone. Once that’s complete, they’ll receive the “In the Childcare Field” trait to boost their resume and unlock the job.

💬 Social Interaction Pack:
Includes 5 NEW social interactions specifically for Sims in childcare — from real convos about biting toddlers to subtle shade about credentials. (And yes — a big expansion pack of convos is coming soon.)
