F&F: Li and Terra (Concept art)
Added 2021-09-09 13:29:55 +0000 UTCI've been hard at work with writing up the lore for Feathers and Flowers! Pretty soon I'll be going into a little more concept art for the characters that need it and some concepts for environment so I have a visual to work with when I write. :) At any rate, here's one such concept art!
The first pass of support characters Li and Terra!
Terra is 24, the team captain of the Earthball team (the sport Sakura plays) and one of Sakura's buds. They're hardworking, no-nonsense, and can get sassy, but they expect the best out of others. She's a solid captain of the team and has a nurturing side, which is in part due to them being Li's legal guardian. They prefer she/they pronouns.
Li is Terra's younger half-sister. She's 16, and she got her very first job working at the same cafe Kaela works, a feat she's rather excited about. Li is hyperactive and boundlessly energetic, a trait of which has saved the small cafe crew of 3 more than once during the rush hours. She's as sweet as a cupcake and loves to talk! The colors in her hair is dyed, and it's because of her that Terra got their hair streaked the same colors as well.
I'm still working on overall backstory for these two, but the working gist of it is Terra essentially raised Li. I haven't quite decided if it's because the parents have passed on or are negligent, but regardless the idea is it's just the two of them as a family.
Buuuuuuuuuut yeh! I'm pretty happy with their designs despite it being the first pass, so they might stay this way owo In the meantime, keep your peepers open! As soon as I get all the relevant lore written, I'm gonna be providing a link here for anyone interested in reading it uwu
