"Distractions" Comic (Roxanne/Jake)

"Jake and Roxanne are two (oddly attractive) college students living in a mid-sized college town, taking classes and trying to figure out how things work in the world. While they often find themselves broke and overloaded with work, they always seem to make things work out at the last second - typically through a bit of exploitative work arranged by their mutual friend Maya. Today however, we find them in an all-too often scenario - late school work, but too distracted to really get any of it done."
I'll call this my first completed comic, and probably not the last, but I think I'll change some things before attempting a new one. Jake and Roxanne are part of my more private characters - they are not exactly what people expect of me - but I decided I can bring them out for the occasion.

We get a decent idea of their personalities and relationship from just these three pages, which makes the fuckin' all the more enjoyable. Definitely hope you'll be able to work on more like this (hopefully with a less distracting workflow).
