Sketches (Goblin edition)
Added 2019-05-10 00:22:16 +0000 UTCI was supremely exhausted today, and ended up just wanting to draw slightly goofy things. I apologize for how rough this sketch turned out though. It was mainly just a vehicle to get some ideas on goblin-ish looks and culture out of my head. I haven't really worked much on this race that skitters around in the dark corners of the world. While they aren't all evil, you still might want to watch your wallet with them around.
Starting to get ramped up to draw more if I can catch up on sleep.
I just yell-yawned at my cat.
He's not impressed.

2019-05-10 05:10:10 +0000 UTCI like it. Yup. No Humanoid in my game is "evil". Some are less open to outsiders than others. A narrow people button if you will, Orcs are the worse. Not even all Orcs qualify as people to Orcs. Goblins go the direction they think will benefit them, either in terms of profit or not getting eaten if a Dragon comes by, Now they are not the sharpest knife in the drawer and a skilled grifter can fast talk them into bad deals, but you better make good or run fast, once the mind does catch up with the greed. One goblin is a pushover, several dozen is not in you favor. That said not all tribes are that honest, and they have a tendency to kill the goose that lays the golden egg. For all the reasons of that parable. It is possible to work with Goblins, even have fast friends that have you back. It is not the majority way.
