Weekly Update - Number 1

Heyas all. As promised, I'm trying to make sure I give a weekly update when I'm able to on each Friday of the month. This is mainly just to let everyone know what's in the works or of any delays. 'Raffle' winner! - This months sketch goes to Faral, congrats! I'll be getting in contact in the next day or two about the details. Comic update - This has turned out to be a crazy busy month! While I was hoping to have the first 'issue' of the comic finished and at least the splash/cover done, a couple projects came up that I couldn't pass up. Coupled with the sketch for this month and a commission I took on I've had to push the comic back for a little bit. It's still planned to be released this year, and will be free to all patrons of any level. The comic itself might have some nsfw content, since it's a fairly raw look at life on the Qiuloan islands, and the various people who visit/live there. There won't be excessive gore or anything, as that isn't really my thing, but will likely feature nudity as well as 'adult situations', but nothing overtly graphic. And hey, it's hard not to have more upbeat stuff going on in it when the main critters living there are otter-people. Changes to Patron rewards - I'll be adding a couple rewards to the $5 and $10 Patron levels. The first of them will be a 10% discount on all commission and (later on) print/book prices. Future changes will include adding an AMA type thing with characters I've drawn, as well as perhaps higher resolution images, and votes on what sketch-work should be coloured and finished for the month. Any changes I make to patron levels will always be additive. I won't take any rewards away from any of the levels unless some strange circumstance comes up where it's deemed necessary The Month Ahead - As stated, it's going to be a busy month. I was tapped recently to do both the cover and many internal images of an upcoming tabletop RPG , as well as a bonus commission for another wildly creative writer. This is on top of a month of doing a ton of research and sketches that I'll be posting here exclusively. In the next few months I'll be looking into doing some videos about the processes I use to sketch and digitally paint, perhaps some tutorials on doing maps as well, and hopefully work towards a book of concept art/illustrations of the world of Felwroth. This month won't have a terribly coherent theme. There may be some Lorrnathi (equine-people) art coming up, as well as some non-critter stuff I've wanted to post for a while.
