Episode 177 - Traversing the Corinth Canal after Epic Sails and Huge Bridges!

Love this week, we have sooo much fun! Join us for some Epic sails, as we fly along whizzing under a huge bridge, which is a first for us and sail on to find some cute little anchorages and finally traverse the Corinth Canal! What an experience, all the history and architecture behind the canal makes for a very fun and exciting journey!

The sail through Corinth Canal had to be really exciting. Beau seemed be really excited to be doing it. Nice totally on the sailboat video.

Happy New Year Pickles !! The Rio - Antirrio bridge is the longest suspended bridge in the world !! finished in 2004 (just before the Olympic Games in Greece) so yes Chris, it is fairly new. Bear, as I said it is the longest bridge in the world, so you wouldn't want to walk it -) . Driving it is great Nicki. you can enjoy the view. 15Euro for a medium size car. of course it has tolls. and you are correct Beau, this is a very important passage since ancient times. that is why this bridge was conceived by a Greek Prime-minister {H. Trikoupis} more than 100 years ago. it took as a while but we have a pretty nice bridge...
