ok so ive been to this place. it is pretty objectively unsettling. the birthing ceremony is as icky as you're guessing it is, the employees there are all very, very committed to the bit, and the scope of this place is wild. the grounds, the approach, walking into this place... it can not be overstated how unsettling it is. the layout is strange. disorienting. you enter a very silent, very large waiting room and have to go check in with the stoic but smiling nurse at the desk. again, can't be overstated how quiet and bizarre the vibe of this place is.
