I've been backing this Patreon for more than a year and I recently found the entire file(s) for one of the previous month's offerings was corrupted. The fact that it is not until the last few days (2-4) that all of the files have been uploaded and corrected was likely a contributing factor to having corrupted files. I have lost all patience with this Patreon. There have been a number of supporters including myself who have asked Raging Heroes time and again to make the files available on our My Mini Factory accounts and they refuse citing what to me comes across as no less than excuse after excuse as to why they will not do so. The time is fast approaching when I will spend the money I've been spending here in support of this Patreon elsewhere. It has become abundantly clear that the only way Raging Heroes is going to actually listen to supporters is if they lose significant financial support.

2021-07-25 18:19:32 +0000 UTCYeah, I'm probably going to be unsubscribing after they release the Wizard's Guild, having joined for the Greek Heroes & stayed for the Egypt set. The models are nice, but this is the most expensive single Patreon I back (not helped by Patreon tacking on a little extra for themselves when they worked out the fee conversion to Australian dollars), and the models are only at comparable quality to some of the other good creators who charge less. The past sets are insanely expensive on MMF even with the ridiculously short-duration discount code (seriously, why not a whole-month code for backers like every other creator out there?!), and the lack of backup files, and the fact some files get updated or released literally days before they disappear forever means this Patreon is just more trouble than it's worth, overall. Sad, because some of the models are absolutely brilliant & I'd love to be a long-term supporter.

This is the most dissapointing patreon extrieince I have had. I have half months, and partial months due to the erratic release schedule and have been waiting for a back up to just redownload everything
