Def what we need is a drow priestess with a 3 snake whip! Some nobles and some slaves to put some variety ( they could be of any race) maybe complementing all with other creatures from the under dark as mind flyers or dark dwarfs...

I paint for a future AOS army but i play only at Song Of Blades and Heroes : i recomand it, by the way, because it's simple, you could use any mini you have (my son play with pokemon, my daughter with Fleur Delacour and Plague Marines and me with gobelins or Spiders!!). And of course i play some board games... Many...

2020-06-16 04:29:04 +0000 UTCOh and i prefer 32mm scale because its easier to paint and more closely matches gamesworkshops models which i think are the gold standard of mass produced miniatures. They are just too damn expensive which is why i 3d print.

2020-05-31 05:17:23 +0000 UTCI love the spider models, i think they are epic! With that said im primairly using 3d models as a way to get reasonably priced detailed models to use in D7D games. As such i would much rather prefer a broader range of models, races, monsters, classes, etcetera to be able to field anything i can think of rather than just doing more of the same. For instance if you were to do dark elves again id much rather have foot soldiers with cool ornate eleven armor, some more wizards and the like to more broadly fill out the choices i have to place on the table top. There are only so many spiders i need and right now id say i have enough for a life time.

2020-05-31 05:04:57 +0000 UTCYou gave us so much choice already for Dark Elves, between the TGG and the Patreon, that I can't even think of anything more. What I'd love to see in future releases is simply add blank bases to fit non-standard sized miniatures (thinking of those large Driders). I really like your bases, but sometimes people (me at least) might want to make their own which can become a bit tricky when models don't fit on regular 25/32mm bases.

Unlike some other thoughts, I would like to see a spider expansion in the future and I know there are a lot of different opinions out there, but you all do you and let your creative juices flow. With that, after watching the trailer 5 times, bring on the THIEVES! Side note, I can’t believe you all put my crappy picture on here. Haha <3

I think some of the ideas that Gianluca had are good, different types of spiders or races that change the lower half or upper body, like butterfly, dragonfly, moth, bees. You could have a King and his horde! Other suggestions, just throwing these out here. But maybe instead of the keyed holes maybe see if the ball joints would be better or easier to put together. I found them to be really nice on other models. But they may not work for your model types. Also, maybe different heads, with other expressions or hair. One reason I like the executioner, it that she has hair and a hood, not just a straight hood, one of my favorite RH features is the hair styles.

I would have never joined if you would have released regular miniatures. Since are you asking for suggestion to enlarge, in future, this faction, I can say, different tyrpe of spider, or even different type of insect.mantaining the female half body shape, you could explore and change the lower part. Like butterfly, dragonfly, moth, bees, and most of all a mixing. The lower part could be a spider (maybe a different kind of spider, with a different anatomy) and you can use some back wings, belonging to a different insect species, or the back part of a bee instead of a spider. This is fantasy, so you can really change the anatomy of a spider to create what you want. Since you used a chitinous form tor the legs (instead, as example, of a tarantula type legs) probably you can use some scarab minaitures as well, with some beautiful shaped carapace (rhino beetles as example) and they should fit! Personally I think you can dare a lot, since you have very talented scupltors, so, even if a lot of people asks for "regolar human size" miniatures (probably to play warhammer) I hope you will still keep to realise something unseen, that will break the standard game rules. Talking about this, I came here because of the Shyverya, which is a masterpiece. Ad a side note: I would also like some topless female figure, but I don't know if you prefered to avoid this to make the products suitable for a wider range of people. I know some other patreon already did it, so it could be an idea!

2020-05-30 14:30:34 +0000 UTCI actually joined because it was spiders, everyone has a million other models, doing something completely different was what stood out. I do feel like the scale is a bit all over the place though, the smaller driders are too small for the detail to really show up nicely like in the renders and the spider goddess while awesome might be too large and just a scaled up version. Keyed things rarely just work so was a pain. And printing her has been a nightmare, every single part so far (out of 4 for me currently) has had a failure, though minor in some, so it's been frustrating. I know it's not my printer as I've been printing pre supported minis from 3 other patreons with no failures, and for the goddess I'm even using the settings recommended in the notepad file. So even though my entire draw was the spider goddess, it's been a bit of a disappointment overall unfortunately

2020-05-30 01:15:16 +0000 UTCthe models are very cool and its obvious lots of effort and talent went into making them. but im not a fan of spiders so i will not be getting much use out of them. if you insist on returning to the theme later, i will echo the others calling for more normal drow/dark elves, otherwise i will be skipping that month

2020-05-29 21:23:03 +0000 UTCThere was way too much spider in this one. The drow sure have a spider godess. And spiders are their thing. But I'm never going to create encounters with this many. They simply lack in variety to make it worth the time to print, but just as importantly to paint. So seing the thieves with a lot of diversity and possible reusability was great. Could I use more drow? Possibly. But without spiders, please.

2020-05-29 21:04:07 +0000 UTCI must say I would prefer other themes in the future, and if it has to be elves I prefer regular ones (either high, dark or wood ones). Another spider elves release would mean I'm out for that month. Not that the miniatures are bad at all, but there are lot of other great themes and much more versatile (like you've proven with the june release) to have to repeat precisely one that has very limited uses.

Also Bregan D'aerthe and some of his mercs could be fun.

2020-05-29 18:02:34 +0000 UTCFor next releases (maybe it will be already like that for the thieves) a download folder with bases divided by size and maybe even in sizes unused in the release (let's say 25mm, 32mm, 40mm...) that could be used for other raging heroes models and other games. Also, maybe a special/bonus release themed to the cathedral? With bases and accessories themed with your scenery?

I know that's a lot of extra work, but the warriors would have looked awesome as bipedal with spider legs coming from their backs.
