Your reaction to Ace showing up was hilarious lol. Zoro got his memories back around the same time as the rest of them. He was basically grumpy when he was returning to the crew and of course they misunderstood the situation and Sanji decided to attack Zoro to stop him from hurting anyone. Which then prompted Zoro to defend himself from Sanji's kick.
