Here's EVE, I'm well aware how popular she is and I wanted to make the mod as soon as the model available but as I said before there's a roadblock I need to clear first. Turned out it's simpler than I thought and the rest of the project went along relatively well. I also mentioned that I am able to use the original expression morphs but the thing is HS2 only has very limited slot for expressions and the intensity is fixed (slider is only for open/close state of mouth and eyes). So it's far from what the game (or Blender) can do, but it's more accurate than if I try to do approximation using facial bones as usual.
Same thing with the hair, original weight and bones but I had to limit the weight influence per vertex because (again) HS2 limitation. As usual you can play around with hair physics in the studio HS2PE advanced mode, let me know if you find values that resulted in more natural flowing of her long long ponytail.
Otherwise she looks very good and I'm glad with the result. I noticed GDC made EVE's outfits and that motivated me more to finish this, so if you want the outfit seen in the previews you can find it in their Patreon as usual
