I like the idea of a dare placing 3 older brothers in the Haunted Nursery not knowing that they'll be regressed to diapers as they are first placed into appropriate nursery clothing, then forced to play with nursery toys, forced to have a nursery lunch, and finally placed into the nursery cribs.

I always like a role reversal thrown in. Like the bullying big brother, who maybe teased his younger bro about bedwetting or "skid marks" suddenly finds himself back in diapers. Or maybe he's forced to take the "little kids" trick-or-treating, and gets cursed by a which for bullying behavior or just a bad attitude. And suddenly he's the littlest kid in the group. His now older brother in charge of him. And then he has an "accident" and has to get his diaper changed in front of everybody.

Neighborhood bully gets unknowingly cursed by the spirit of Halloween and each time he bully's someone for their candy he finds their costumes swapped, which leaves him in a downward spiral of humiliating kiddie costumes.

In the days leading up to Halloween, an older brother enjoys scaring crybaby little brother a little too much and takes it too far causing the little brother to wet his pants. In revenge the little decides he'll scare his jock big brother from now on and in the rest of the days leading to Halloween the little brother, scares the big brother over and over getting better each time. By the time Halloween begins the big brother is now the big crybaby who wets himself when scared.
