The nearest you'll get to Karl on Idiot Abroad with his dry humour and British style moaning lol... It really does show off the wit of Rhod in all its glory and he has a wonderfully warm connection with UK public on the show.

Usually incurable at this stage sadly and is a case of the treatments aim being to prolong survival and improve the quality of life... I've sadly had many family members with stage 4 and some lasted weeks, some months but one or two lasted years, with my father-in-law living good 10 years after diagnosis so there's always hope of living a decent life after finding this out and a lot depends what type of cancer it is, it's location and which other organ/s it's spread to.
