Deleted Kiss Scenes from the prologue
Added 2017-12-07 03:21:51 +0000 UTCThis is the original print format sketch of the kiss scene from the "Breathing Underwater" prologue that I decided to delete out of the final colored version.
Romance is a big part of my comic, but I feel that if I started the comic with a kiss this early, it will attract the wrong kind of readers (who just wanna see anime-styled characters making out and not care much about the story lol) ┐(´～｀)┌
Especially since after the prologue, the story begins with a lot of the character developments and actions, which I believe is laying out a strong foundation for the romance that will happen later on.
I figured it's best to reserve kiss scene for further down the story, after the readers get to know more about the two main characters and then the romance will have more impact that way.
I'm posting this here because I don't think I will use this same sketch for the final version. I plan to draw something that have more perspective, to make it feel more dynamic (less flat) and more interesting as a composition.

Oh yeah, I did hear the manga ended! It's quite typical for shonen manga character to be completely unaware of the matter of love 😁😁

2018-02-24 18:07:55 +0000 UTCIchigo the MC has someone who is very much in love with him! He's a little slow in realising this. But let's just say there is possible cannon in bleach the manga has finished but hopefully we will get to see more anime in the near future. 😃

2018-02-24 05:56:06 +0000 UTCI finished high school back in 1992 makes me feel old when I write it lol. Bleach has undertones of romance even though it really isn't technically a romance manga/anime.
