It gives the option to stream but only a few users at a time, when all the user slots are filled no one else can access the file.
Remember if too many try to watch directly on Google Drive or One Hub they will freeze my account so no one can access videos until people stop watching directly.

Spoiler Free: Hey folks I am re-posting this for those of you who may have missed it a while back. I accidentally reacted to this episode because it was mislabeled on Daily motion as Season 1 Episode 3.
