I watched the original series around the same time I saw Ouran for the first time, and while I was more into Ouran my brother LOVED this show and was so happy when the remake was announced. I never got a chance to watch the remake so this should be fun.

This is the Remake by the way, the series author hated the original anime adaptation apparently, so they had it remade to be fully faithful, so a little like what happened with Fullmetal Alchemist.

This series holds such a special place in my heart, and as I mentioned to you before, the reboot came out when I was at one of the lowest points in my life, so to me, it really felt like it was meant to happen when it did. I found your channel shortly after, which also helped me get out of my depression and have things to look forward to. I'm really happy to share a series that means a lot to me, with you. By the way the voice actor for Tohru, Laura Baily, also plays Vex from Vox Machina and Lust from Full Metal Alchemist, she got some good range. She used to be big into anime back in the early to mid-2000's, but mostly does video games now between critical roles. So for her to come back to reprise her role, after over a decade shows how much she loves this role as well.
