2023-12-29 19:52:58 +0000 UTCI'm starting to think that there's a law in manga/anime that you have to have a sad backstory to be a main character. As a twin brother myself, this episode hurt like hell. I can't even imagine what it has to feel like to lose your other half like that. Especially in such a brutal way. It really hurt to see them grow apart because of their parents' death instead of growing together, but I suppose this is as realistic of a trauma response as any.
