february update! new small game...

so, it's february, the shortest month of the year... but i'm hoping to get two games finished up. fingers crossed!

here are my plans for the month:

finish ferris wheel game... i need it finished by the end of the month but it won't actually be out until march 👀
finish a game about tong jyun!! this one came to me suddenly at the beginning of the month & my goal is to finish it for the 15th day of the lunar year
spend time either practising art or doing naninovel - i don't think i'll have time to do both
brainstorm an idea for nanoreno if i want to partipcpate!
my postcard for all of you as usual at the end of the month - i think i'd like to have it in the same style as my tongjyun game but not decided yet

january i ended up being fairly busy so i didn't end up being able to test out naninovel & practise drawing like i had planned & this month is shaping up to be fairly busy too... so i've decided i will try to do one or the other & then focus on the other in march in between nanoreno if i do it this year. (i want to but haven't decided on any ideas yet so i have to start from brainstorming.)

i'm still very early in putting my tongjyun game together but my idea for it is to have it look like a phone & you're going through chats! i'm having some trouble with ren'py but hopefully i'll have some cool screenshots to share with you next week once i figure out how to deal with multiple nvl windows (for different chat groups).

anyway, that's what i'm doing this month! hope 2021 is doing all of you kindly.
