The Artist's Sketchbook: New Story Idea

Recording this here as much for my own future reference as to see if it piques any interest out there in patron-land.

Rich, handsome, successful ivy-league student and son of a powerful international (I'm thinking either Latin American or Mediterranean-European) oligarchical banking clan, attending school at Harvard (and before that at a private East Coast boarding school, so he has a very 'American' perspective on a lot of things), has known for years that his parents intended for him to marry the beautiful eldest daughter of rival/competitor clan of finance or energy industry magnates, someone actually attends school alongside, and the proposed 'wedding date' is fast approaching (coinciding with the two of them turning 21), with both sets of parents coming to stay in Boston and numerous wedding-related functions, like tux-fittings, groomsmen choices, bachelor parties, rehearsals, and so forth, taking place.

Except that, secretly, the main character has fallen in love with someone else. Either after being accidentally dosed with Werewoman, or enchanted magically somehow, or pranked by some of his college friends, and spending a weekend running around the city hiding from 'his' family while stuck in a girl's body, he/she unexpectedly finds her new female self first befriending and then later attracted to a local street tough, private artist, and motorcycle racer who helps her hide out from her intrusive family connections and shows her around his neighborhood, the bar where he works, a block party, and a night club (where they wind up dancing super close and get a bit too intimate with one another.) After the weekend is over, the MC returns to his male identity, primarily, and attempts to convince himself that he's happy that way, but increasingly finds more and more reasons to slip away for a few hours, dose himself with Werewoman, and go hook up with her new lover, until ultimate he/she is forced to make a choice about which world--and gender--he/she would ultimately prefer to live in.
