I find it gets people worked up and fixated where they forget about other contributors to their problems. Im sure cold turkey is what works for many people, I've seen that too. If you're worried about someone's habit just remember it's not the only thing that matters!

I work in wild bird rehabilitation and a vet hospital before that and thereβs a lot of chubby goth babes in animal care jobs. Get a dog, volunteer at the humane society or whatevs but youβre bound to find at least one of us lurking around π
