October 2023 Wrap Up

The spooky season draws to a close, but I will let it live on in my heart. Welcome to the winter months in the northern hemisphere and the summer months in the south! Hopefully wherever you are, you're having a decent season. We're ramping up production this month on our next big project, which is getting the digital katalogue out the door. Outside of that, you can expect our usual weekly releases and monthly One More Thing. We also have a bit of exciting news coming soon for our foundry lovers out there!
Our new magic item releases for October:
Acerbak's Bite
Some enterprising individuals saw fit to extract the acid gland of an Acerbak and seems to have kept it alive by some magical means only to strap it to a pointed bracer. I sometimes question the ethics, but admire the dedication.
Pestilence
The creepies and crawlies that inhabit this rotting staff are repulsive to some. To others, there's beauty to be found in the harmonious community that they all create together. It also doesn't hurt that they come with magical benefits.
Portent
The oddball that sought to strap a condensed air elemental to a crossbow isn't necessarily someone I would want to meet, but you can't deny that it makes for an interesting concept. Just don't point it at your face.
Depth Charm
The clans of Depth-Wreck Guards that defend their chosen shipwrecks are difficult to befriend, but should you come to know them, they aren't all bad. Though it is a little odd that they may gift you a fallen allies' skull.
One More Thing
We've loved creating Drudgework constructs for our past few One More Thing releases, but it's time we moved on to something a bit different! This month we released a fearsome underground dweller, the Acerbak! Try not to get licked by this bad boy.
One More Thing: Acerbak
A brutal creatures from deep below the surface, the acerbak hunts in packs using its acidic saliva to rend both flesh and armor alike. It's no wonder that the Dwarves prefer to stay away from these territorial predators.
News
Digital Katalogue
We're ramping our production on the Digital Katalogue this month. The goal is to make a single place where our patrons can find all of our items in a sortable, searchable manner and download them depending on their current tier. Much of the work we've been doing the past few months is on the backend which has meant that we haven't had much to show. This month I hope to change as much of the stage has now been set. It's still a lift to get all 100+ items in, but I'm hoping to do much of that lift this month. Looking forward to sharing more with you!
PAX Unplugged
Fernando and Matthew are heading to PAX Unplugged again this year. You'll be able to find some of our stuff (and us) at the Tom Cartos booth #4300. We recommend you stop by and check out the amazing Into the Wilds books that Tom will be selling there. Also say hey to us!
