DC20 Magazine #2 - Magic Item System

Whether you’re a seasoned Game Master or a curious Player, this supplement offers the tools and insights needed to elevate your gameplay and adventures with fully customized Magic Items.
Currently there are a few “gaps” in DC20 since it is in its Beta phase of development, so I wanted to release a SYSTEM that could get you any magic item you want by providing a simple system to build your own (or tweak ones that you have made yourself)!

2024-08-10 06:24:12 +0000 UTCQuestion - Is the example item "Hammer of Throwing" incorrect in it's MP cost of 4 - Recall costs 1MP, Returning costs 1MP, and Throwing costs 3MP but is listed as costing 2MP in the item vs description.

I'm just trying to help poke holes in it since it's kinda pre-Beta 0.9 before it gets released to the Kickstarters and I would personally appreciate the clarifications.
