Managing intense spasms with CBD/THC and stretching

My first Patreon video demonstrating how fierce back spasms can be,. For me, they originate in my shoulder blades and dictate involuntary back and hand/Arm movement. Sometimes it can look like I'm having a seizure, although it's me pressing my shoulder blades into the back of my chair because I can feel the trigger points constantly and unless I release them by spasming it can be very uncomfortable. I'm hoping to one day utilize these spasms to do something functional, but for now they just keep my circulation moving and do random acts of mischief such as knocking off my tracheostomy cap.! PS have a doctors appointment tomorrow and I'm really not looking forward to it. For one thing, Colorado is getting to that part of the year where the high is 50° and I'd rather not leave the house looking like a baby bear in a wheelchair. For another thing, since it's an important visit both my parents would like to be there to get the lowdown on my current health status… so my regular caregivers won't be with me, and that gives me a lot of anxiety because they are very aware of my public image and do so much to make me feel normal honestly like best friends. I don't think I'll be able to take footage of the appointment tomorrow but I'll try to film us getting ready and getting into my accessible van. Should I take edibles before my appointment?? I don't want to give my new doctor the wrong impression of disabled people. We're not just stoners! We don't just get high all the time! It's not like trauma haunts our every waking and sometimes sleeping breath.! I have a purpose! I have a destiny! OK maybe I took this a little too far. Whoever got this far, here's a little online kiss because I think you're great and I'm just glad people are acknowledging my existence.
